Because the Nov 3 election is currently clouded by allegations, investigations, litigation exposing fraud, anomalies, that put into serious question the legal eligible voter list, we ask the court to enjoin the Governor and Secretary of State from proceeding with the Jan 5 runoff election until after the Nov 3 US Presidential election is resolved and all pending litigation that would be outcome determinative as to the legal voter list that would be used for a runoff be concluded. Lastly, if during the investigation if it is shown that Senator Purdue obtained over 50% of the vote, that Senate race will not need to proceed with a runoff.
